What this website does with your data

The short version

This website has no contact form, no accounts and no logins, so there is nothing for you to hand over and nothing for us to store about you. The only thing we measure is whether visits turn into bookings, and we ask before we measure it.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how many people reach the site and whether our adverts bring anyone in. On your first visit you are asked whether to allow it.

Choose Allow and Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you look at, along with taps on the booking button and the phone number. Choose No thanks and no analytics cookies are set; Google still receives an anonymous record that a visit happened, with no cookie and nothing that identifies you. We do not use advertising cookies either way, and nothing is sold on or shared with anyone else.

Your answer is kept in your own browser under the name evoke-consent, which is how we avoid asking again. Clear your browser data for this site and you will be asked afresh.

Other companies involved

Booking happens on Booksy, a separate company. Once you tap “Book a chair” you are on their website and their privacy policy applies, not ours.

The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads. The site is hosted by Netlify, whose servers keep the ordinary request logs any web host keeps, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

We embed nothing from Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. The links in the footer are plain links; nothing loads from those sites unless you click through.
